About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and be capable of handling end-to-end HR activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs with payroll team
Handle attendance, leave management & employee database
Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs
Manage employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and HR-related concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Support performance appraisal process
Assist management with HR reporting & MIS
Key Responsibilities
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Executive / HR Generalist role
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good knowledge of recruitment process
- Basic understanding of payroll coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Preferred Background
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies (added advantage)
- Exposure to IT / Recruitment / Staffing environment
- Understanding of HR compliance and documentation processes
