ChowdhuryX Organization LLC is hiring a senior-level Oracle Cloud EPM Techno-Functional Consultant for a large-scale enterprise finance transformation engagement.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional who can lead end-to-end implementations while providing both functional expertise and technical leadership.

Role Overview

The Oracle Cloud EPM Techno-Functional Consultant will lead implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, supporting enterprise financial planning, consolidation, and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations including:

Requirements gathering

Solution design

Configuration

Testing

Deployment

Post-go-live support

Translate financial business processes into scalable technical solutions using Oracle EPM products such as:

Hyperion Planning

Financial Consolidation

Essbase

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EPM consultants and developers

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

Ensure adherence to EPM best practices, standards, and governance frameworks

Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Data Management teams to ensure seamless data integration

Lead client workshops and end-user training sessions

Manage change requests and continuous improvement initiatives

Stay updated with Oracle EPM product enhancements and industry trends

Key Responsibilities

  • 15+ years of overall IT / Finance systems experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM implementations
  • Experience leading enterprise-level finance transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
