Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support core Workday modules
• Optimize business processes (BPs) and automate workflows
• Configure Advanced Compensation (merit cycles, promotions, bonus plans)
• Manage Workday Security & Reporting
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Maintain detailed process documentation
Key Responsibilities

- Strong experience in 2–3 of the following modules:
- • Core HCM
- • Talent
- • Payroll
- • Time Tracking
- • Absence
- • Benefits
- • Advanced Compensation
Requirements
- Nice to Have:
- • Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- • Workday Certification
- • Experience supporting global HR teams
