About the Role
ChowdhuryX Organization LLC is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Executive to acquire IT and software development projects from U.S.-based clients.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling:
Custom Web & Mobile Applications
SaaS Platforms
Enterprise Software Solutions
IT Remote Consulting Services
Offshore Development & Staff Augmentation
This role is focused on generating high-value contracts and building long-term client relationships in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and close IT/software development projects
Sell services including:
Custom Web Development
Mobile App Development (iOS & Android)
SaaS Product Development
Enterprise Application Development
Software Modernization & Migration
IT Staff Augmentation / Remote Consultants
Conduct discovery calls to understand client technical requirements
Prepare solution-based proposals in coordination with technical team
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Handle enterprise, mid-market, and startup clients
Maintain CRM pipeline and reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate seamless handover to offshore delivery team
Key Responsibilities
- Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in IT services or software development sales
- Proven experience closing U.S.-based software projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Web & Mobile Technologies
- SaaS Architecture
- Custom Software Development lifecycle
- Offshore delivery models
- Experience in selling IT remote consultants / staff augmentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand technical discussions and convert to business value
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Existing network in U.S. tech/startup ecosystem
- Experience responding to RFPs
- Exposure to enterprise-level negotiations
- Understanding of Agile development model
- Experience selling offshore IT services
