About the Role

ChowdhuryX Organization LLC is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Executive to acquire IT and software development projects from U.S.-based clients.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling:

Custom Web & Mobile Applications

SaaS Platforms

Enterprise Software Solutions

IT Remote Consulting Services

Offshore Development & Staff Augmentation

This role is focused on generating high-value contracts and building long-term client relationships in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and close IT/software development projects

Sell services including:

Custom Web Development

Mobile App Development (iOS & Android)

SaaS Product Development

Enterprise Application Development

Software Modernization & Migration

IT Staff Augmentation / Remote Consultants

Conduct discovery calls to understand client technical requirements

Prepare solution-based proposals in coordination with technical team

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements

Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Handle enterprise, mid-market, and startup clients

Maintain CRM pipeline and reporting

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Coordinate seamless handover to offshore delivery team

Key Responsibilities

  • Required Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in IT services or software development sales
  • Proven experience closing U.S.-based software projects
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Web & Mobile Technologies
  • SaaS Architecture
  • Custom Software Development lifecycle
  • Offshore delivery models
  • Experience in selling IT remote consultants / staff augmentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and convert to business value
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
  • Existing network in U.S. tech/startup ecosystem
  • Experience responding to RFPs
  • Exposure to enterprise-level negotiations
  • Understanding of Agile development model
  • Experience selling offshore IT services
