About the Role
ChowdhuryX Organization LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to acquire BPO projects for our Voice & Chat Support operations.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling call center or BPO services to U.S.-based clients and must be capable of closing contracts for inbound, outbound, and chat support campaigns across multiple industries.
This is a remote position for candidates located within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new BPO projects (Voice & Chat Support)
Sell services including:
Inbound Customer Support
Outbound Sales / Lead Generation
Technical Support
Chat & Email Support
Back Office & Virtual Assistance
Conduct client discovery calls and requirement gathering
Prepare customized proposals and pricing models
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Build long-term client relationships
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
Coordinate smooth project handover to operations team
Maintain CRM updates and pipeline reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Handle clients from various sectors (Healthcare, E-commerce, SaaS, Real Estate, Finance, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in BPO / Call Center / ITES sales
- Proven track record of closing U.S.-based BPO projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Call center operations
- Voice & Chat support models
- Pricing structures (per seat / per hour / per FTE)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Ability to handle enterprise-level clients
- Experience managing multiple accounts
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Existing network in U.S. outsourcing market
- Experience selling offshore BPO services
- Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
- Experience working with startups and mid-market clients
- Exposure to RFP and contract negotiation process
