About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for U.S.-based clients and internal business initiatives.
This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts depending on client and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies
Optimize website content for search engines
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
Generate marketing reports and performance insights
Create engaging content (posts, banners, short copies, captions)
Support lead generation campaigns
Coordinate with design and development teams
Improve online brand visibility and engagement
Work closely with sales and operations teams for campaign alignment
Key Responsibilities
- Required Skills
- 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics & Search Console
- Basic understanding of content marketing
- Experience with social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (added advantage)
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience handling U.S.-based clients
- LinkedIn marketing & B2B campaign experience
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Canva / basic design understanding
- Understanding of performance marketing & ROI tracking
