About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end testing activities, ensuring software quality, stability, and performance across web and mobile applications.
This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts based on client and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manual Testing:
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Design and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
Validate UI/UX, workflows, and business logic
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
Perform API testing (Postman or similar tools)
Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings
Automation Testing:
Develop and maintain automation test scripts
Work with automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium)
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
Execute automated test suites and analyze results
Improve test coverage and testing efficiency
Maintain automation frameworks and documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Required Technical Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Experience in Manual Testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience in automation tools (Selenium preferred)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python / Java)
- Experience in API testing (Postman)
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL queries)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience testing web and mobile applications
- CI/CD exposure (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
- Basic knowledge of performance testing (JMeter)
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
